Reviews and Ratings
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel thanks to its fantastic location right by the falls and the wonderful view from my room. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were a bit small and could really use some updates. The dining experience was lovely, especially the breakfast, but some amenities like a mini fridge were missing. Overall, it's a decent place if you prioritize the view and location, but the prices feel a bit high for the room conditions.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room offered a nice view of the falls and had a jacuzzi, making it feel special. However, the overall cleanliness and smell of the room left much to be desired, especially for the price we paid. The service was generally friendly, but the dining experience could be improved. It's a prime location close to everything, but the value for money wasn't really there.
I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While the first night started off well, the check-in process for the second night was incredibly disappointing, with rude staff and unexpected charges. The room was small and not as advertised, leading to a lack of value for what I paid. Overall, it was an expensive stay with too many inconveniences that left me feeling unsatisfied.
My family and I had high hopes for our stay, especially with the waterpark package, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The waterpark was fun, but everything else really left a lot to be desired. The long check-in process and terrible elevator service made our time feel frustrating, not to mention the awful bed sizes and lack of hot water. On a positive note, our dinner at the Hard Rock was wonderful, and the waterpark itself provided some enjoyment.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a stunning view of the falls, and the location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere without using our car. However, the check-in process was frustratingly inefficient, and the room we upgraded to for a view of the falls didn’t live up to expectations. There were also some outdated furniture and facilities that could use improvement.
